The breakfast selection was HUGE. It included many choices that were delicious. The staff demonstrated very nice hospitality. They were pretty good too. I safety was good throughout my stay. The Executive Lounge provided AMAZING food and attentive service.
The room decor was dated, though this did not detract significantly from the overall experience. I noticed it could use an update to feel more current. Some furniture requires renewal. The hotel should address this soon.

the gym had adequate equipment. I used the three treadmills. i also found two stationary bikes, REALLY NICE! the staff, Peter and Doaa, provided excellent service. I felt welcomed EVERY time.
the wi-fi signal was a little weak in some areas! but it wasn't a HUGE deal.

the location was convenient for getting around the city easily.
i found several issues the cleanliness was not up to par. i waited a long time to check in this felt disorganized. the room was not properly cleaned upon my arrival this made me question the overall hygiene standards.
